The trademark yoga mat is made from a layer of microfiber suede yoga towel and is infused on a sustainably sourced natural rubber base.

The velvety-soft towel surface is sweat-absorbent and provides durable comfort for the perfect workout experience. The natural rubber base is everything we loved about the rubber yoga mat; anti-slip, firm, and provides the grounded feel we all need.

What are the key features of the 2-in-1 Yoga Mat?

SWEAT ABSORBENT
 
The ultra-absorbent surface keeps your mat dry during your workout and prevents sliding. This microfiber suede layer also lets you grip better the more you sweat. So for a perfect grip at the beginning of your workout, you can spray some water on the mat.

Absolutely! The Yoga Mat is an everyday mat that provides the perfect cushion for any workout such as yoga, pilates or even HIIT.

Can I return or refund my Yoga Mat?

Due to the nature of the product, the sale of Yoga Mats is final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded, unless it is damaged or faulty upon delivery. If the product gets damaged or was faulty upon delivery - we offer a 100% refund.

How can I return my faulty Yoga Mat?

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team via hello@mossgoods.com with the details. We’ll respond within 2 working days.

We will provide you with instructions on where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.

Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.

When the returned item is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email, notifying you about the status of the return.

You can choose to exchange the item for another size/color (where applicable), return the goods for store credits, or get a refund.

Reimbursement & processing time
Should you choose to get a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 5-7 business days from the approval of the refund.

Please make sure all items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and still have their tags intact.

Exclusions
The sale of sales items is final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, contact us as soon as possible after the order has been placed. 

Orders can only be canceled or changed before they have been shipped.

How do I return an item?

How long does it take to return an item?

This depends on the carrier or shipping method that you choose when returning your item. Once we receive your return, we’ll notify you by email. We aim to process refunds within 3 days after receiving the item in our warehouse. It can take 5-7 days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund into your account, or onto your card.

Why has my order been cancelled?

We typically only cancel orders if there’s a problem with stock, or if you’ve asked us to cancel. Please accept our apologies if your order is canceled because of a problem at our end. We’ll always offer an alternative product and process your refund in full, as quickly as possible.

My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team via hello@mossgoods.com with the details. We’ll respond within 48 hours. If you just don’t like the product for any reason, we’ll gladly accept it back as a return, providing it’s in “as new” condition, in its original packaging with all labels attached.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depends on the item you’ve ordered and the country where it’s being delivered and will be automatically calculated for you upon checkout. 

Please refer to the table below for an estimated delivery fee to the different destinations. The delivery fees at checkout are based on live exchange rates, so there may be a slight difference in the shipping fees at checkout.
